*Non Military Families will need to fill out the Fort Sam Access Page located in the office of OLYMPIA GYMNASTICS to enter the base gates without needing to stop at Ft. Sam's Visitor Office*

DEADLINE TO PURCHASE TICKETS & RSVP IS NOV. 23rd as the event center needs to plan meals according to the rsvp's.
Tickets must be purchased to proved the venue with the proper number of people to plan food & drinks accordingly. The cost of each ticket goes toward the fee of the venue, decorations, food, drink & games. Volunteers will be needed to provide desserts like cake, cookies, cupcakes, etc. for their team.
Team Gifts: In lieu of purchasing individual team gifts, Olympia Gym is providing holiday tote bags for each athlete. A member from each team will be needed to volunteer & organize their team's "stocking stuffers" so they are ready at the party. We will need a volunteer from Acro, Copper, Bronze, Gold/Silver & Optionals.
Athletes will be given their stocking full of the "stuffers" at the party. ie: candy, ornaments, trinkets, etc.
